INC’s February Meeting – Rentals 2 Retirement Workshop

Brad Podhajsky and Travis Abbott, two of Colorado’s most seasoned and successful investors join us in February to share information not to be missed if your intent is to build wealth in real estate.

You will likely recognize Brad as President of Investor’s Realty Resource of Colorado (IRROC), one of Colorado’s biggest investment associations. Brad and Travis will bring an interactive workshop to the INC February meeting that they typically hold “down south” for packed houses. The “Rentals 2 Retirement” Workshop is all about creating a cash flowing portfolio of free and clear properties starting with as little as $5,000.

The workshop is particularly for investors who:
– have a strong desire to build wealth through real estate
– would like to have a cash flowing portfolio of free-and-clear
properties for retirement
– work a full-time job or have a lot on your plate and would like to
invest in rental properties but haven’t found the right partner/fit

Brad and Travis will share:
– How to build your net worth through the “twin pillars of real estate
investing”
– How being just slightly intentional about your investing can build a
passive income stream that will last through generations.

This month’s workshop will also include information about Brad and Travis’s business model focused on ways you can participate in owning rental properties where they do all the work, and you just receive checks.
